Oops looks like a few tables got corrupted.

Using OpManager 7 GA with MySql
I get the following message when the logon screen comes up "Oops looks like a few tables got corrupted. Don't worry.. Run RepairDB.bat from bin directory and restart the server". It was working fine for a few days after install then when I tried to logon this morning I get this error.
I run RepairDB - it seems to work but I still get the same error when I restart OpManager. I shutdown Opmanager services before running repairdb.
