Only Receiving Status 'Clear' Emails

Hi team,

OpManager Build No: 9011

I have the same Notification Profile configured from my initial setup of OpManager.

Lately, I have only started receiving status 'Clear' emails but are not being notified when an IP interface goes down.

LINK is a shot of the Notification Profile configured. (I do not which to be alerted on anything except when a particular Interface goes down and comes back up). 

However, on some occasions, I do monitor service / process levels and would like to be notified the same as well.

Please advise how my Notification Profile should look like for both instances.
