There will only be one technician within my organisation (me) and I will help about 20 or so people. When they fill in the request form and submit it it is unassigned and when I log into the site I need to click on requests to see these initial areas and then assign them to myself.
Is there a method were I can state on the requestors form that the request should be assigned to me? I've had a look at changing the form via the admin tab but didn't see anything about a default assigned technician.
