It just occurred to me that a site can only have 1 distribution server.
Since a distribution server is recommended to handle fewer than 1000 clients, big offices/datacenters can quickly surpass that.

We are in that situation, and unless I miss something, it looks like we would have to create multiple "remote offices" where we need to maintain the member servers manually, or find some arbitrary way of doing it automatically.

How is it recommended to accomplish this?
How do other big companies do this?
