I would like to start using the self service portal for some of the machines that we manage, but I only want the shortcut to show up on certain users machines. We have remote sites that we manage that won't need this and in the interest of DC being silent, we have chosen not to have the tray icon. There seems to only be a show/don't show on the options for the self service portal link, is there a way to specify this to be shown to only certain groups of users? 

Or alternatively, can I manually create a shortcut to the portal? If so, what would the URL be for that?
