One of our technicians is on vacation this week and I was trying to figure out why his tickets were not being forwarded to me. I then discovered that all of us are being displayed as offline. I then went to my profile and realized that the online/offline toggle is completely missing. 

Is there a setting somewhere that may have been selected to disable this feature?
