On SDP 10, let us customize the left-hand pane on requests
We like the new layout of requests but would like to be able to add additional fields on the left side pane.
For us, this view is used to triage tickets and to flip tickets between technicians. We'd like to be able to view the 'Assigned-To' and 'Priority' fields. Adding fields would behave like the main request list.
