on hold jobs

just done 2 service pack upgrades to get to 5001 with out any installation issues - thanks :-)
but now im up to 5001 all the onhold jobs are not showing in the open requests view. My technicians need to see onhold/open on one screen and not have to keep going to all requests to find onhold requests with all the closed requests. It used to work great in SD4+
As a suggestion would it be possible to have an option on the setup of different status to have show in open requests or similar????
Ive waited a long time for the upgrade, but it was worth the wait. Already looking forward to the next release :-)
