I've encountered this error on ManageEngine OpManager version 12.4.154

The error message states "On-heap PolledData cache entries count has exceeded 30,000, which might affect product performance. Kindly contact our support team with logs for further assistance."

What steps can I take to

- review the error logs (or the files/ folders to look at)?

- make adjustments to prevent this error from happening again?

- perform clean up so as to avoid the cache entries exceeding again?
