Hello,

We use service desk since4-5 years and we have lot of ticket assigned to user who have leave the firm. 

I would like close this tickets. How i can do this (not click on all ticket for closing).

And for one part of ticket from our team, i want close all ticket older than 1 years assigned to a specific team.

How i can do this?

Query in the database postgre?
