Oid Math Error

I have an issue with opmanager rounding values

i am grabbing rPDU total load which needs to be divided by 10 to put in amps but opmanager drops the decimal value. 

28/10 =2.8
(.1.3.6.1.4.1.318.1.1.12.2.3.1.1.2.1)/10 =2

i need this fixed asap
