Offset for call/problem/change IDs
Hello,
we have just finished the evaluation of SDP and ordered it today. For the fresh start of the production-environment we do want, due to internal reasons, an offset of "10000" instead of "1" for all IDs. Is there a solution for this wish ?
When we use the "reinitializedb.bat" to take our database to a fresh installation, will all the configuration settings of SDP be kept ?
