I'd like to ask a question.

Let's assume that we already have two factor authentication enabled (SMS, MS Authenticator) for our Office365 users and we also want to enable ADSS SSO (both IDP and SP initiated).

Will the SSO work for everyone or only for the enrolled users?

Our main concern is that if we dont enroll all users, some of them wont be able to login.

Does ADSS SSO "substitute" the default logon process (plus mfa) of O365?
