I am wondering if I could put a request in to add the possibility of integrating with Microsoft Office Communicator to allow somehow have a pop up with regards to creating a new request and have it select the user based on a phone call coming in. I know this is very complicated request; this would be like call center software working with either phone numbers. We have our office communicator server tied into our phone system so that when someone calls it brings up a window showing the number and the contact information if they are already in our system. What I am ultimately trying to do is have some kind of outlook/exchange integration so that when someone calls into my helpdesk I can have a request screen pop up with their information selected.
