On Office Click-to-Run settings, if "when Office applications are in use" is set to "Allow the end-user to skip/close", what is the expected behavior for them clicking Skip and for clicking Start Now? 

On clicking Skip, will it schedule at the next boot? Will it pop-up again in x minutes/hours? 

On clicking Start Now, it seems like I've seen that it attempts to install and fails because the Office apps are open, and I've heard from users that it forcefully closes their Office apps.
