I need some help in how to configure the Office 365 integration properly:

It is always sitting like that eventhough I have entered my own Global Admin account and then click on Synch button.

1. Can I use Global Reader user to integrate with the Azure & Office 365? https://techcommunity.microsoft.com/t5/microsoft-365/azure-active-directory-global-reader-role/m-p/1029945

2. How can I get the benefits of Office 365 integration with the ADManager Plus?
