I have automated patch deployment active and over the past week it has been attempting to deploy an Office Service pack, however it keeps coming up as:

 

office2003-KB907417-FullFile-ENU.exe

Failed

The handle is invalid.

Today 12:46:42 AM

I have deleted and re-downloaded the patch with the same issue.  This is causing all of these machines to also not get the following patch:

 

office2003SP3-KB945432-FullFile-ENU.exe

Not Applicable

Patch is not applicable for this target

Today 12:30:22 AM

 

 

For information, we do have Microsoft Office Standard 2003 Installed on all of these machines and are running an all Windows XP environment.
