Odering of lists is not case insensitive.
Gday, in a lot of drop down lists etc the list of items is not logical.
eg if there are items, Alpha alpha and Beta.
Then the list displays:
Alpha
Beta
alpha
When it should be:
Alpha
alpha
Beta
The reason this becomes an issue is because we have a few companies whose names are specifically in lower case, so they get put to the bottom of the Account list, for example.
