Odd WMI monitoring

I'm testing out Opmanager on my network, and I seem to be having an issue with the WMI monitoring. On the computer that Opmanager is installed, it can monitor it fine, and I use an account I created on my DC to check (full admin account). When I try to monitor other servers (configuring the user to all of the devices in the domain) it will not monitor the devices.

Now here is where it gets weird. If I go into a device, and then edit the WMI monitor of say, CPU usage, and click the test monitor button, it will come back that it could not monitor it. When I click the ok button on the popup, and then on the edit screen, taking me back to the device details, I can see the CPU useage. I can even click on get graphs on the useage. Keep in mind, that on the computer that opmanager is running on, it all works just fine.

Any ideas?
