OAuth migration for outbound Zoho apps - Cliq, Desk, Projects, and SDP OD
As part of our security upgrade, we're migrating to OAuth from the existing AuthToken system of authentication for all the outbound Zoho apps that are integrated with AlarmsOne - Cliq, Desk, Projects, and SDP OD. It also applies for any Zoho application integrated using Custom Integration.
Please follow the steps below to continue sharing your alarms with Zoho apps.
1. Log in to your AlarmsOne account.
2. Go to the Outbound tab in the 'Applications' page. Click Edit application.
3. Then, click the 'Generate OAuth' link. Your OAuth will be generated.
4. Save the application.
Once you do this, OAuth will be implemented, and alarms will be posted to Zoho apps seamlessly. If you face any issues, contact us at support@alarmsone.com.
