When I'm setting up Oauth for EWS to receive email I get an "incorrect username or password"
When I click save on the email settings
- I can a M365 pop up box. I enter the username and password of the account I'm specified in ServiceDesk Plus
- It then proceeds to a Manage Engine SDP screen. Do I need to use the same account specfied in the mail settings or can I log in via a normal agent account? Do I need to even login once I see this box appear?
