O365 sync issues

O365 sync issues

Hi all,

When creating accounts and attempting to license them in Azure, all appears well but the license info never comes across. The accounts are setup with DirSync and they appear in the Azure portal - they're just unlicensed. 

Under Admin - Office 365 - the account appears fine and if you enter the password is takes it without issue:


If I then click on the modify option I get the following:



Again, if I enter the password all appears OK. The Azure AD module is installed on the server in question and we have also followed the suggested following steps:

1. The product is installed as 64bit 

2. Windows Azure module for Powershell is installed on the machine where ADManager Plus is installed.

Please follow the below steps and then check for the issue.

Try the following steps to test connection from Windows Powershell

>Import-Module MSOnline  

>Connect-MsolService [Enter the Office 365 credential given in ADManager Plus]

>Get-MsolDomain

4. Restart ADManager Plus service. 

5. Please login to ADManager Plus --> Admin tab --> Office 365 --> Edit the configuration --> update the credentials --> Test Connection,  If Test Connection is successful click on save and check for the issue.


Has anyone else seen this issue or have any ideas what we can do as the next steps?
