I have question we are using the ServicesDesk Plus standard. When I want to add another Technician I have reach my limt and when going to the licenses shows as follows.

But on the website tells me the following:

Standard Edition:  Help Desk Only (Free Forever - Unlimited Technicians/Tickets/Users)

Please assist.
