number of responses needed per ticket

Hi

We are trying to measure how succinctly our technicians are responding to user support requests. To do this we want to measure how many times they have to email a response to the user regarding the request.
Could anybody tell me the necessary code to generate a report for the previous week that would give me the maximum, minimum and average number of user responses required?

We use MySQL.
