Hi,
We have enabled the "Notify users who are in CC by email when a new request is created" to Email.
However, we would now like to have an exception to this rule. If the request comes e.g. from certain email address (or with certain subject), SDP should NOT send Notification to any of the email recipients.
We have a HR system that send out notifications and reminders to several recipients. ServiceDesk is one of the recipients but not the only one (in the "To:" -field of the email). The HR system can't obviously receive the notification and the other recipients find the SDP Notifications irritating and they are not needed in this case.
How could I stop the Notifications to other Recipients in this case?
