Notify techs by email on new request creation not working
Hi,
I have Notify technician(s) by email when a new request is created selected, and have selected the relevant techs, but the emails are not getting sent. Other notify emails (eg Notify technician by email when request is assigned) are working fine.
SDP v5 with SP1.
