Notify technician when new reply

Hi,

  we have just upgraded from v7608 to v8109.

  Before upgrading, the technician was notified by email if anyone replied to a request.

  After upgrading, the technician only seems to be notified if the requester replies to the request.

  Can the notification behaviour be changed back so that notifications are generated regardless of who replies?
