Hi,
I'm looking to add availability to select which technicians are alerted when a response on an existing ticket has been received. Currently, we have a technicians mail distribution group receiving alerts when a new request has been created and when an existing one has been closed.
Under the field "Notify technician when a new reply is received from the requester" there is only the option to have the technician assigned notified. I'd like to have this set so our distribution group receives the notification (similar to request creation and closure). Please see screenshot below for example:
Is there a way of amending the configuration so that the field option to select which technician gets updated can be included for new replies?
