Hello, would like to notify the requester that action is being taken on the incident = task is being assigned (in my case we are "setting an appointment" - is there any way to include the REQUESTER when the task is assigned or when the task "reminder" is sent out?  I have tried the mentions, but will not pull requesters...

Suggestions on a better way?
