Notify an individual by email when a request is submitted for a particular template

Hi folks,

I would like to alert a specific user by email when a ticket for a certain request is submitted. The ticket would be submitted via the support portal using a templated request (specific template), and I want to alert the manager of another group that this request just came into IT.

Is it possible to accomplish this?
