I just realize that after upgrade to SDP v14, all my notifications subject starts with the following text "##RE-$id##".

Example: ##RE-10317##MORANGO - Ha sido generado el Caso # 10317

This is the my tech notifications config:

The issue appears for any notification (Close, Open - User, Tech).
