Notifications Not Working

Hi,

I have configured all my Servers, Routers and Switches with a notification profile.

At first I used the email notification by setting it up accordingly. If I test the notification it works and I receive the test mail. However, I have several experienced incidents where OpManager does not send an email notification to me when any one device goes down. (I only notify for Critical Alerts and if the device/interface misses 1 poll). I immediately test again in order to determine if this is a fault on my mail server but I receive a test msg. 

I have then moved over to Clickatell notification to try and narrow the fault. Clickatell works on test sms's but does not seem to work as the actual notification profile when any one device goes down.

What seems to be the problem here?
