notifications don't work

notifications don't work

Hello;
We have SDP  9.0 Build 9004
It was working. I don't know what happened but mail notifications don't work.
I checked smtp server access by using "telnet mailserver 25", there is no any connection issue; it can connect successfully.

I don't know what to check. Need to your advises guys...
