Hi,

In our operation of this product we will be using email as the sole operational part, and therefore it is vital that the requester is notified by email as soon as a change to a ticket takes place, e.g., when I make a change to a ticket and complete the change an email is automatically sent to the requester.

Is this possible to do now, or something for a future update.
