Notifications
Now SP6 has fixed the notifications, could someone comment on the following please?
1) Can the format be changed to HTML so the emails don't look out of alignment?
2) Can notifications be sent when a note is added to a call and also include the note content?
3) Can the email be edited to include the URL of the site (until email replies are handled properly?)
