Notification when adding a WorkLog
Hi,
Is there anyway we can setup an alerts to be sent when a technician adds an entry to the worklog?
The reason is that our requesters are unable to see the ongoing status of a request as we add worklog entries when we carry out any related work.
Alternatively, is there a correct process to update the request so that the user can get a clearer picture of where there job is at at any given time?
