Notification templates content variables
I want to use two variables in close request notification template please help me
1 . Date and time on which request was resolved.
2 Date on which request was closed by system automatically.
Template is as under
was resolved by ICT department on ????????? , the Work Request has to be closed by Requester within two days.
Accordingly, system has automatically closed above mentioned Work Request on ?????????? .
Please help.
