Notification Template: Notification for Incident Technician/Requester
Hi
Can you please confirm the Notification highlighted below goes to the Requester and Technicians of the Incidents linked to a Problem. Is the email sent when the incident is linked to the problem and is there anyway to insert the RequestID link in this notification?
