We have noticed an issue in which we do not receive notifications that I would expect to receive.  We have OpManager set to send email notification in the event that one poll (ping) is missed.  We do receive this email notification.
The problem that we are experiencing is that no notification is sent at 3 missed polls or 5 missed polls.  I would expect OpManager to send a follow up email at the 3 missed and 5 missed thresholds considering this would indicate a "critical" status.
 
I checked the notification logs, and i can see where the first notification for "attention" level.  The notification log indicates 3 missed polls and 5 missed polls, however no notification was sent for either of these.  Should we be receiving notifications if a monitor graduates to a higher severity level?
