Notification Rules questions
Hello,
There is a option to notify the technicans in all new requests, but I want to know if is there a way to make this notifications be sent to some esecify users, like my director... manager... and others without be a technican.
Other question is, is there a way to link the requesters to a group, so when we receive a new request by the "user" or domain e-mail "@companyA.com", it need be followed to specify users, like "the manager account of the company A", and not to all technicans... its possible?
The reason of these questions is, our Director company, Manager company and Manager accounts want to know all open requests and follow all updates and answers, to control the quality of the our company.
