I am trying to set it up so that the software sends email notification to  a specific tech (supervisor) when any requests are assigned to the technicians that report to this user.

 

I currently do not see a way of doing this. Can someone please let me know if they have found a way of notifying a 3rd user when a request is assigned to a specific individual?
