Notification Rules (Department)
Judging from the layout of the Notification Rules this should be possible, I just don't know how to custimize it.
What I'd like to do is email the request info (much like the "Print Preview" on the request page) to a particular Email address when the request is closed. say I close a request for someone in Administration, It sends an email w/ all the info to IT dept
How would I go about this? if it's possible..
