Notification profiles not working

Notification profiles not working

Hi,

We setup the mail server settings and we can send a test email just fine, but when we setup notification profiles and assign the profile to certain devices/clients, they will NOT send an email out. Is there anyway to debug? We really like this product, but we can't even get past the testing of notification emails...


ps..I also have my profile to monitor everything and we have a printer that is down, but no alert is being sent out. My profile is even assigned to the printer! I also looked at the notification log file and I am taking it is showing the test emails I sent because those are shown. It is not showing any other emails it SHOULD have sent out because of an alarm.
