NOTIFICATION PROFILES
Hello,
From the Web client I am unable to create notification profiles. I use the following procedure;
Admin tab - Global Settings -Notification profiles icon.
Add new - Email Alert
I then proceed to enter the information.
Click Save
MESSAGE = Notification profile added successfully.
Here's the problem...It doesn't create the profile.
If you could help me out it would be great. I was on the site and followed the howto section to make sure I was doing it correctly. Same proceedure but different screenshots. I am using version 5.5
