Notification Profile 'template'

We are using OpManager 9101. I am new to using OpManager, so I may have missed this in the documentation.

Is there a way to make some sort of notification profile 'template' that automatically gets assigned to items? For example, we would like all of our Windows Server 2003 entries to have the exact same notification profile. Can OpManager be told/trained to always add the same 5 notification profiles with the exact same settings to all Windows Server 2003 entries?

We are using the Vendor, Category, and Type fields to classify the different servers, so the 'template' could pull from that to find out what entries to apply to.

Any thoughts?
