The notification profile I have configured for "Deleted Users" is no longer working since updating to Build 7202.  This did work in the previous build.

We're supposed to get an email with a PDF attachment informing us when a user account is deleted.

I've had problems with this particular notification profile in the past and had to open a support ticket to get it working.
