Notification Profile (more info?)

Our OpManager checks a router and his interfaces.
The router has a 2Mb line to Customs Belgium (Serial0/0:0) and Customs Holland (Serial0/0:1).
When one of the two Serial interfaces is down we get a notification mail like this:
Message: Serial0/0:0 is down
Device: 172.31.1.4 - Router to Belgium and Holland
Category: Router
Error Condition: Trouble
Generated at: Feb 23,2005 09:36:43 AM
But in the weekends, when we get a notification mail, for example at 4.00 AM, it is not always possible to know for our support personnel if which serial interface stand for which connection (important to start backup procedure).
So what I want is that the interface description is also in the noticfication mail. Then you would get something like this:
Message: Serial0/0:0 - 2Mb Line to Belgium is down
Device: 172.31.1.4 - Vaste lijn router nr Galaxy WORLDCOM
Category: Router
Error Condition: Trouble
Generated at: Feb 23,2005 09:36:43 AM
Is this possible in any way ?
