For some reason, SDP decided to stop sending out notifications to users/technicians yesterday.
I managed to get it working again by rebooting the server, but that was only a temporary fix.
Today, it will send out notifications of additions of notes will go through (if you tick the second box when creating a note), but will still not notify anyone that a new request has been created or closed.
We have ran a test - sending an email from our server using telnet - that was delivered fine so it is definately not a mail server problem.
Our anti-virus is disabled on the SDP server so that is not interferring.
Does anyone have any ideas what could be causing this please?
