Подскажите как можно настроить условия закрытия заявки.
Например инженер не может закрыть заявку пока не укажет стоимость ее решения, при этом когда заводилась эта заявка стоимость не нужно указывать. Т.е. инженер решил заявку, и чтобы не забыть указать стоимость, он не сможет закрыть ее пока не заполнит соответствующее поле!
