Notification not working
I've followed the KB article,
http://support.opmanager.com/sd/AddSolution.sd?solID=25203 but can't get the notification to play the sound successfully. I can run the batch file manually and it plays a sound on the remote computer without any issues, it just doesn't seem to be getting called from OpManager successfully.
attached are the two lines from the log file that show what's happening when the notification is triggered. I can run call.bat manually and sound plays from the remote machine so that side of things is fine.
any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
